As Section Lead, Ian helped NGSC Section 8 reach the NGSC 4321 Framework , The framework is based upon ASU's 9th design aspiration of Princpled Innovation, which guides Mission Teams during the academic year.
This is why, as NGSC Chief of Staff, Ian will help build out sections and better utilize section leads in MT operations.
